1 stick of butter 2 (10 oz) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach 1 large can articoke hearts, chopped 1 pint of sour cream 1/2 cup onion, diced 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese salt and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350°. Cook spinach as directed and drain. Sauté onions in butter. Mix all ingredients together and place in casserole. Sprinkle extra parmesan cheese on top. Bake for 30 minutes. |
