Sautee corn + green beans for just a bit w/ some butter Add a wee bit of green chili Take off heat Cut up some shallots and dice some cucumbers, mix in Add plenty of salt and fresh lime juice Add some chopped mint and a little bit of chopped cilantro to taste ... delish! |
