Pasta (any type besides spaghetti)
Cocktail tomatoes
Arugula
Mozzarella

Preparation time
15-20 minutes

You cook your pasta al dente and put it in cold water, so it gets cold faster :-)
Cut your tomatoes, mozzarella, and arugula in pieces. If you are able to cut stars out of it or even better Mickey Mouses, nobody can stop you!!
If you should run out of arugula you can always substitute basil or spinach
Then you mix everything together and now comes the hardest part: Season to taste!!
Well, put some pepper (if possible fresh pepper) salt, a little bit of balsamic vinegarette and last but not least olive oil and if you have a twist of lemon.
